14  Et ils découvrirent un peuple qui était appelé le peuple de Zarahemla. Or, il y eut une grande allégresse parmi le peuple de Zarahemla; et Zarahemla aussi fut dans une allégresse extrême, parce que le Seigneur avait envoyé le peuple de Mosiah avec les plaques d'airain qui contenaient les annales des Juifs.

La Zarahemla Exploration Society est une organisation privée du Kolob Order. Elle soutient les projets des membres concernant l’exploration de zones, inconnues et intéressantes pour l’archéologie, et pouvant apporter de nouveaux éléments à l’étude scientifique du Livre de Mormon. Toutes découvertes qui seraient vraiment importantes, seraient transmises immédiatement à des universitaires.

Elle coordonne également toutes les activités de sorties, d’études ou d’enquête sur le terrain, des différentes commissions et Département d’Etude du Kolob Order.

Nous avons choisi de prendre le nom de Zarahemla qui rappelle l’une des grandes villes qui sont décrites dans le Livre de Mormon, et qui nous renvoie aux questions que cela pose pour l’archéologie, l’histoire, la géographie, l’ethnologie, etc. Zarahemla, c’était un pays riche spirituellement et qui prospérait, il compta des anciens prophètes américains et des rois, tels Alma, Mosiah et Samuel le Lamanite. Zarahemla prospéra car ses habitants étaient justes et aimaient la Liberté.

La citation extraite du Livre d’Omni évoque le monde ancien, les découvertes, des références aux annales donc à l’histoire, nous pensons qu’elle représente bien l’esprit de la Zarahemla Exploration Society.

Zarahemla Exploration Society est placée sous l’autorité du Conseil Uni du Kolob Order, et son Président en est Adama, assisté des conseillers du Kolob Order.

Un comité scientifique sera mis en place, le Ramah Project est placé sous la responsabilité de la Zarahemla Exploration Society.

Toute demande de recherches sur le terrain, provenant de la part de nos adhérents, devra être proposée à la Zarahemla Exploration Society, qui en règle général acceptera les projets, s’ils ne vont pas l’encontre des Lois ou de l’éthique scientifique.

Zarahemla Exploration Society is a private organization of Kolob Order. It supports the projects of the members concerning the exploration of zones, unknown factors and interesting for archaeology, and being able to bring new elements to the scientific study of the Book of Mormon. All discoveries which would be really important, would be transmitted to academics immediately.

It also coordinates all the activities of exits, studies or investigation on the ground, of the various commissions and Département of Study of Kolob Order. We chose to take the name of Zarahemla which points out one of the large cities which are described in the Book of Mormon, and who returns us to the questions that that poses for archaeology, the history, the geography, the ethnology, etc.

Zarahemla, these was a rich country spiritually and which thrived, it counted former American prophets and kings, such Alma, Mosiah and Samuel Lamanite. Zarahemla thrived because its inhabitants were right and liked Freedom.

The quotation extracted the Book of Omni evokes the old world, the discoveries, of the references to annals thus with the history, we think that it represents well the spirit of Zarahemla Exploration Society.

Zarahemla Exploration Society is placed under the authority of the United Council of Kolob Order, and its President is Adama, assisted advisers of Kolob Order.

 A scientific committee will be set up, Ramah Project is placed under the responsibility for Zarahemla Exploration Society.

 Any request for research on the ground, coming on behalf of our members, will have to be proposed in Zarahemla Exploration Society, which in rule General will accept the projects, if they do not go the opposition to the Laws or scientific ethics.
